Is there technical support for Helena users?
A:
Sure, we provide web-based technical support for all registered users. Most problems you
may meet, how ever, may be solved by reading User's Guide and this FAQ, if you
still have problem after that, just feel free to write us. We'll help you as
soon as we can.

What languages does Helena support?
A:
2.1 UI
Languages - Helena provides multiple UI languages. Currently, we have 3 embedded
UI languages - English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Interested
user can add new UI language by translating the file "template.ini"
under "language" folder of Helena installation directory. We will add new
UI languages step by step in the coming versions of Helena for languages with
high user demands.

How to stop recording?
A:
There are 5 hotkeys (system-wide
accelerator key) for you to use. The default value for the hot key to stop
and complete
the macro recording is Ctrl+Shift+T. You can also pause recording for a while
and continue recording, both by the hot key Ctrl+Shift+R. You can change the value for
these keys if
you want at the Hot
Key page in the Options dialog box.

How to stop running?
A:
There are 5 hotkeys (system-wide

running or debugging is Ctrl+Shift+S. You can also pause running or debugging
for a while and continue later, both by the hot key Ctrl+Shift+P. You can change the value for
