License Agreement for Small Organization User

IMPORTANT

Read the following information carefully before registering or using this product. If you do not agree to the terms of the following License Agreement, do not register or use it, please delete it completely from your computer.

User Identification

If you are an organization of any of the following 3 kinds, a Class/Department License is suitable for you:

1. A class in a school;

2. A single organization unit, such as a department;

3. Your organization has no more than 10 computers which can run Microsoft Windows including but not limited to personal computer(s), computer terminal(s) or workstation(s), despite of on how many of them you plan to install This Program.

If you are a personal user, a popular choice is to buy a Personal License - please read Agreement for Personal License.

If you are an organization larger than those described above, you shall buy a Site License - please read Agreement for Site License for details.

Ownership

This Program - 24Guru - is the copyrighted property of its producer. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to this Program are reserved.

User's Rights
* Non-commercial Use:

With one Class/Department License, all members of the license holder (the license holder shall belong to one of the 3 categories as described in the section "User Identification") or any other people who personally holds a Personal License of This Program (the second kind of user must be approved by director of the license holder) can use full function of This Program on unlimited number of computers belong to this license holder under this license. There is no limit on how many operating systems This Program can be installed in a computer, if this computer belongs to this license holder.

A Class/Department License enables member of this organization to use full function of 24Guru for 6 years since this license was first bought from the developer or any reseller of The Program as specified by the developer. If the organization that bought this license disappears within 6 year, no one can use this license any more until it was transferred to another existing organization.

A Class/Department License can be transferred. Following conditions must be satisfied for you to transfer a Class/Department License:

a) Except that the license holder has disappeared, or will disappear for some reason within 6 months, the license holder cannot transfer a Class/Department License to another organization within 6 months since this license was bought, or since last transfer of this license. If the separation time for the last transfer since it was originally bought, or last transferred was no more than 6 months according to this reason, the separation for next transfer cannot be less than 6 months for any reason.

b) The original license holder must send an email from one of the original registered emails when this license was first bought or transferred, to current supporting email address of 24Guru (service@speedy7.com now) to describe the transfer. This email shall include the following information:

b1) Full name of the original and future holder of this license.

b2) Phone number of both the original holder and future holder of this license.

b3) 2 email addresses from the original holder of this Class/Department License, and 2 email addresses of the future holder of this license.

c) After a Class/Department License was transferred to another organization, the original holder shall delete all copies of This Program activated by this Class/Department license from all computers of the original holder, and stop using This Program directly or indirectly activated by this license, unless the operating system where the product was activated by the original license was removed and reinstalled, so newly installed 24Guru in this operating system was in the status of "not activated", or the user held another license to support the licensed use of activated 24Guru on these computers.

* Update:

A registered user can always update this program to newer versions free of charge during the 6-year-long life-cycle of this license. After that, the license holder can choose to update the license with a favorite update price, or stop using This Program under this license.

* Spread of 24Guru:

You can spread installation packs of 24Guru freely in any means to any people, but you must spread them free of charge. If you hope to charge others when you spread this software, you must receive express written permission from the software producer.

User's Responsibilities

Except as may be permitted by applicable law or this Agreement, you shall NOT break, or actually break the following limitations. Producer of 24Guru can stop providing service for a user without refund, if this user breaks the following responsibilities first. If there are severe results caused by the user by breaking the following limitations, this people or organization shall be fully responsible for the loss of the product producer caused by corresponding actions:
* The only way you are allow to activate This Program is to activate it with a registration code legally purchased, or granted without charge, from Anasoft Studio or any of our specified registration agents. Crack of This Program (eliminating the evaluation limitations in any other way), or using a cracked copy of This Program is clearly prohibited.
* You cannot decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble this software or its components.
* You cannot modify, reproduce, rent, add or delete components or files, or produce derivative works based upon the Program in whole or in part.
* Data in this program is protected by Copyright Law. You cannot extract data from this program by any means, and use it in the development of similar or relevant product(s) or module(s).

* You cannot maintain copies of This Program activated by the Class/Department License on computers, computer terminals, or workstations not owned by the license holder.
* You cannot use 24Guru for commercial purpose - 24Guru can only be used by members of the licensed organization. You cannot sell, rent, lease 24Guru license (registration code), or copy of 24Guru activated by some license, or even spread 24Guru license or activated installation pack for any reason without charge, to public or any other third party, without the express written permission from the software producer.
* A Class/Department License can be transferred only when all transfer conditions as indicated above are satisfied.
